Comme chaque année, notre grand rendez-vous d’été se tiendra en Ardèche, dans un cadre naturel propice à la pratique des arts martiaux et au ressourcement. Les inscriptions sont ouvertes !
Dates & lieu
- From Saturday 4 to Saturday 11 July 2026.
- The retreat will be held immersed in nature, combining passionate training with relaxing moments.
- We will stay at the campsite Capfun Imbourg, where we have reserved several bungalows. You may also choose your own accommodation!
Supervision & Program Highlights
- Nous aurons le plaisir d’accueillir à nouveau Maître Ming Yue, maître taoïste des monts Wudang, pour des enseignements de pratique Wudang.
- New in 2026: in addition to the daily meditation (30 minutes) and Wudang Taiji classes (2 hours per day), Ming Yue will offer a special short staff workshop (2 hours per day) — a great opportunity to discover this discipline.
- Pour les avancés (ceinture noire, 1er duan, ou instructeur), Ming Yue propose aussi un cours de Ba Gua (1 h par jour).
- Des cours dédiées enfants/ados seront aussi proposés (2 fois 45mn le matin), et un réveil énergétique sera assuré par Matteo (1h le matin).
